Roof extension in Sittingbourne. 

This was a DIY project.  We were asked to build a first floor extension to an existing bungalow.  Before we took this on, we knew the home owner was keen to complete the project in his own time.  

D & T built a timber framed first floor extension which created a four bedroom family home.  The client only wanted a water tight shell as they were keen to finish the project at their own pace and at a time when their budget allowed.

All materials were sourced locally.  D&T are on standby, should the client wish us to complete the project for them.
