Description

This was one of our favourite projects. The client had purchased a derelict 1930 semi-detached house which needed to be gutted from top to bottom. The house was uninhabitable which allowed us to have full access to every room.

The client had a clear vision of what she wanted to achieve. She had already commissioned an architect and plans were already approved before we took on the work. We worked to the architects plans, met frequently with the architect, building engineers and building control. The client had a restricted budget and we were able to negotiate on materials and pass on savings whenever we could.

The project was delivered on time and within budget and the client was delighted with the end result.
