Description

The client gave us a clear indication of what was needed and how much budget she had to spend, on this 1980s semi-detached house extension.

After removing the conservatory and footings we revealed that the houses in the area were all built on made-up ground.  This meant that deeper footings were required to construct the new building.  We looked after the whole project which included: removal of existing conservatory and footings, all ground work, electrics, roofing, plastering and the painting and decoration.

Near completion of the house extension, the client asked us if we could landscape the garden.  Our ground workers removed existing vegetation and after levelling the garden laid paving slabs, built brick planters and a decking area at the back.

The project was delivered on time and the client was delighted with the result and looking forward to enjoying the new design of her extended kitchen and garden.
