Taking your idea from conception through to completion
Planning your project is crucial in making it a success. Once you have decided on your initial idea, the next step is for a detailed plan to be drawn up. We work with a number of architects, building regulators, engineers, planners and designers, who will help take the strain out of an often complicated and stressful process.
We only work with highly skilled professionals, who along with ourselves will offer you a hand holding service, bringing your initial ideas onto paper. These services include; full site visit, drawing up initial plans, submitting to local authority, liaising with your neighbours should a party wall agreement need to be drawn up.
Many people forget the finishing touches to their project. We can offer interior design and painting services, which will complete the project and make it ready to live in.
